Ch. 532 1996 LAWS OF MARYLAND (I) MONEY IN THE MARYLAND OIL DISASTER CONTAINMENT, (II) THERE IS A MAJOR OIL SPILL AND SUFFICIENT FUNDS ARE NOT (3) THE MONEY TRANSFERRED TO THE MARYLAND OIL DISASTER (4) IF MONEYS TRANSFERRED UNDER PARAGRAPH (2) OF THIS (I) TO THE MARYLAND OIL DISASTER CONTAINMENT, CLEAN-UP (II) TO THE OIL CONTAMINATED SITE ENVIRONMENTAL CLEANUP (III) TO THE UNDERGROUND STORAGE TANK UPGRADE AND [(b)] (D) (1) On or after January 1, 1999 BUT NO LATER THAN JUNE 30, 1999, (I) 50% to the Maryland Oil Disaster Containment, Clean-Up and (II) 50% TO THE OIL CONTAMINATED SITE ENVIRONMENTAL (2) ANY FUTURE LOAN REPAYMENTS MADE ON OR AFTER JANUARY 1, (3) THE FUNDS IDENTIFIED IN PARAGRAPHS (1)(I) AND (2) OF THIS [(1)] (I) The clean-up and removal of an underground storage tank; or [(2)] (II) The clean-up of a petroleum release. - 3060 -
