[(4)](6) Notwithstanding any other provisions of this section to the
contrary, the Mayor of Ocean City may be granted a license under § 6-401 of this article.
9-107.
(a) Except by way of renewal OR AS PROVIDED IN § 9-102(I)(4) OF THIS
SUBTITLE, no more than one alcoholic beverage license provided by this article that is a
Class A, Class C, or Class P license may be issued in this State to any individual for the
use of:
(1) That individual in this State; or
(2) For the use of any partnership, corporation, unincorporated association,
or limited liability company in this State.
SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall take effect
June 1, 1996.

AN ACT concerning
State Lottery - Receipts awl Cash Prizes and Prohibited Actions
FOR the purpose of prohibiting the State Lottery Agency from requiring that State
Lottery sales agents send to the Agency receipts from the sale of tickets or shares
before a certain date; authorizing State Lottery sales agents to pay in cash on line
game prizes up to a certain limit: prohibiting a licensed agent from failing to report
certain information; prohibiting a licensed agent from failing to determine, under certain
circumstances, whether a certain individual has been certified under certain provisions of
law; prohibiting a licensed agent from paying a prize under certain circumstances-
establishing certain penalties for certain violations; providing for a delayed effective date;
and generally relating to prizes and receipts of the State Lottery Agency and certain
actions prohibited of licensed agents.
