(2) The appeal shall be made as provided for review of final decisions in
Title 10, Subtitle 2 of the State Government Article of the Code.
SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall apply to
funeral benefits for any law enforcement officer, correctional officer, volunteer or
professional firefighter or rescue squad member, or State fire marshal who is killed or
dies in the line of duty on or after the effective date of this Act.
SECTION 3. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act is an emergency
measure, is necessary for the immediate preservation of the public health and safety, has
been passed by a yea and nay vote supported by three-fifths of all the members elected to
each of the two Houses of the General Assembly, and shall take effect from the date it is
enacted.

AN ACT concerning
Prince George's County - Alcoholic Beverages
(13th and 23rd Alcoholic Beverages District)

FOR the purpose of adding the Prince George's County portion of the 13th Legislative
District and the 23rd Legislative District of Prince George's County to those
jurisdictions in which the Board of License Commissioners of Prince George's
County may not issue any new beer, wine and liquor license that has an off-sale
privilege within, or transfer any additional beer, wine or liquor license that has an
off-sale privilege into the area these areas; clarifying language; continuing an
abrogation provision and including these provisions within it; and generally relating
to alcoholic beverages in Prince George's County.
