(i) On the land or such portion of the land acceptable to the Trust;
and
(ii) On the exterior and interior, where appropriate, of the historic
structures.
(b) The easement must be in form and substance acceptable to the Trust
and the extent of the interest to be encumbered must be acceptable to the Trust.
SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall take effect
June 1, 1996.

AN ACT concerning
State Procurement Law—Conflicts of Interest Procurement - Conflict of Interest
FOR the purpose of modifying the Maryland Public Ethics Law to provide providing that
certain kinds of activities do not disqualify a person an individual from participating
in or assisting another in participating in a State procurement; authorizing the
Board of Public Works to allow by regulation certain activities relating to outside
assistance without barring certain participation in the State procurement process
certain procurements; and generally relating to the prohibition against participation
in a procurement after assisting in the drafting of specifications, an invitation for
bids, or a request for proposals involving that procurement limitation on participating
in a procurement after assisting in the drafting of certain documents relating to that
procurement.
