Ch. 394 1996 LAWS OF MARYLAND CHAPTER 394 AN ACT concerning Court Ordered Alcohol Restriction - Penalties FOR the purpose of prohibiting an individual from driving or attempting to drive a motor BY repealing and reenacting, with amendments, SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF Article - Transportation 16-113.
