AN ACT concerning

Frederick County - Alcoholic Beverages
(Wine Tasting License)

FOR the purpose of creating a wane sampling and tasting alcoholic beverages license in
Frederick County; providing for the issuance of the license; establishing certain
restrictions and limitations on the use of the license; and generally relating to wine
sampling and tasting licenses.

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That Section(s) 8-405 through 8-408, respectively, of Article 2B -
Alcoholic Beverages of the Annotated Code of Maryland be renumbered to be Section(s)
8-406 through 8-409, respectively.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That the Laws of Maryland
read as follows:

Article 2B - Alcoholic Beverages

8-405.

(A)    THIS SECTION APPLIES ONLY IN FREDERICK COUNTY.

(B)     THERE IS A WINE TASTING (WT) LICENSE MAY ONLY BE ISSUED TO A
HOLDER OF A CLASS A LICENSE.

(C)     THE ANNUAL LICENSE FEE IS $150.

(D)    APPLICATIONS FOR A WT LICENSE SHALL BE MADE ON FORMS SUPPLIED
BY THE BOARD OF LICENSE COMMISSIONERS. RENEWALS OF THE LICENSE MAY BE
MADE AT THE TIME THE REGULAR LICENSE IS RENEWED. A LICENSE MAY BE
