1996 LAWS OF MARYLAND

(1)     $2,500 FOR THE CHAIRMAN; AND

(2)     $2,000 FOR EACH REGULAR MEMBER.
15-112.

(H-1)(1) A MEMBER OR EMPLOYEE OF THE BOARD OF LICENSE
COMMISSIONERS OF DORCHESTER COUNTY MAY NOT:

1.       HAVE ANY FINANCIAL INTEREST, DIRECTLY OR
INDIRECTLY, IN THE MANUFACTURE OF ANY ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGE OR IN ANY
ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGE PURCHASED OR SOLD UNDER THE PROVISIONS OF THIS
ARTICLE; OR

2.       DERIVE ANY PROFIT OR REMUNERATION FROM THE
PURCHASE OR SALE OF ANY ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGE, OTHER THAN THE SALARY OR
WAGES PAYABLE FOR THE PERFORMANCE OF THE DUTIES OF THE OFFICE OR
POSITION AS REQUIRED AND AUTHORIZED UNDER THIS SECTION.

(2) A PERSON WHO VIOLATES THIS SECTION IS GUILTY OF A
MISDEMEANOR AND ON CONVICTION IS SUBJECT TO A FINE NOT EXCEEDING $2,000
OR A TERM OF IMPRISONMENT NOT EXCEEDING 30 DAYS.

(a)     No member or employee of the Board of License Commissioners of
Dorchester County shall have any financial interest, directly or indirectly, in the
manufacture of any alcoholic beverage, or in any alcoholic beverage purchased or sold
under the provisions of this article, or derive any profit or remuneration from the
purchase or sale of any such beverage, other than the salary or wages payable for the
discharge of the duties of the office or position, as herein prescribed or authorized.

(b)     Any member of the Board, or any employee of said Board, violating the
provisions of this section shall, upon conviction, be subject to a fine not exceeding two
thousand dollars ($2,000.00) or to imprisonment, in the discretion of the court.]

19-301.

(a)     (1) This definition applies only in THE FOLLOWING JURISDICTIONS:

(I)      Carroll COUNTY[,];

(II)    DORCHESTER COUNTY;
(III) Harford[,] COUNTY; and

(IV) Montgomery [Counties] COUNTY.

(2) In this section "unless authorized" means the possession and
presentation of a written consent by the owner of the property.

(b)     A person may not possess in an open container any alcoholic beverage, as
defined in this article, while:
