PARRIS N. GLENDENING, Governor Ch. 347 (1) within 3 workdays after receipt of a notice of suspension, to the head of (2) (i) except for an employee of the Department of Personnel, within 5 (ii) for an employee of the Department of Personnel, within 5 [9-405.
