Ch. 347 1996 LAWS OF MARYLAND (1) THE EMPLOYEE HAS A POSITIVE TUBERCULIN SKIN TEST RESULT ON (2) THE SECRETARY OF HEALTH AND MENTAL HYGIENE DETERMINES (b) Leave granted to an employee under this subsection for public health reasons [7-1103.] 9-1104. The Secretary may provide by regulation for leave with pay: (1) for jury service; (2) to attend employee organization events approved for this purpose by the (3) for military training in a reserve unit of the Armed Forces or in the (4) unless the employee is a party to the action or a paid witness, to appear (i) in court; (ii) before a grand jury; (iii) before an administrative unit; or (iv) for a deposition; and (5) any other paid leave the Secretary deems necessary. The Secretary may provide by regulation for leaves of absence without pay for up to SUBTITLE 12 ATTENDANCE INCENTIVE IN STATE PERSONNEL MANAGEMENT SYSTEM. 9-1201.
