[3-302.] 5-302. [(a) The Secretary shall provide all employees subject to this subtitle with written [(b)] (A) This subtitle does not preclude action for defamation or invasion of [(c)] (B) This subtitle does not prohibit a personnel action that would have been [(d) The remedies provided by this subtitle are in addition to the grievance [3-303.] 5-303.
