PARRIS N. GLENDENING, Governor Ch. 347 (2) The Secretary shall ensure that each class comprises one or more (i) that are similar in their duties and responsibilities; (ii) that are similar in the general qualifications required to perform (iii) to which the same standards and, if required, tests of fitness can be (iv) to which the same rates of pay can be applied. (3) The Secretary shall give each class a descriptive classification title that (4) Subject to the approval of the Governor, the Secretary shall, when (i) create additional classes; and (ii) abolish, combine, or modify existing classes.
