period of hours on any day [shall] AND MAY NOT be construed as applying to or
affecting in any manner the sale of alcoholic beverages under a Class F license issued
according to the provisions of this article.

11-202.

The hours specified in §§ 11-301 to 11-303, inclusive, of this article[, shall] apply
except as modified by §§ 11-203, 11-304, 11-305, and 11-401 through 11-524, inclusive, of
this article.

11-203.

Any special or temporary license issued under this article shall be considered as a
regular license of the corresponding class, so far as concerns the hours and days for the
exercise of the privileges [thereunder].

11-301.

(a)     (1) The hours during which the privileges conferred by a Class A beer
license may be exercised [shall be] ARE from 6 [o'clock] a.m. to [12 o'clock] midnight,
on every day except Sunday.

[(4)] (2) In Frederick County, on Sunday the hours of operation [may be]
ARE from 1 [o'clock] p.m. to [12] midnight.

[(2)] (3) In Montgomery County the hours [shall be] ARE as provided in §
11-516(d)(l).

[(3)] (4) In Prince George's County the hours [shall be] ARE from 6
[o'clock] a.m. to 2 [o'clock] a.m. on the day following, except on Sunday when [no]
sales [shall be] ARE NOT permitted after 2 [o'clock] a.m.

(5) In Washington County, the hours of sale are as provided under § 11-522
of this article.

(b)     (1) The hours during which the privileges conferred by a Class B beer
license may be exercised [shall be] ARE from 6 [o'clock] a.m. to [12 o'clock] midnight.

(2)     In Montgomery County the ON-SALE privilege may be exercised from 9
[o'clock] a.m. on any day to 1 [o'clock] a.m. on the FOLLOWING day [following for
on-sale].

(3)     In Prince George's County the hours [shall be] ARE from 6 [o'clock]
a.m. to 2 [o'clock] a.m. on the FOLLOWING day [following].

(c)     (1) The hours during which the privileges conferred by a Class C beer
license may be exercised [shall be] ARE from 6 [o'clock] a.m. to [12 o'clock] midnight.

[(3)] (2) In Caroline County, [alcoholic beverages may be sold under the
license] THE HOURS ARE from 6 [o'clock] a.m. until 2 [o'clock] a.m. ON the following
day.

[(2)] (3) In Montgomery County, [there shall be no sale] SALES MAY NOT
BE MADE before 11 [o'clock] a.m.
