(e)     On or before January 1, 1996 1997, the Task Force shall report its
recommendations to the Governor, to the House Environmental Matters Committee, and
to the Senate Economic and Environmental Affairs Committee.

(f)     This section shall terminate and be of no effect after [December 31, 1996]
JUNE 30, 1997.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall take effect
July 1, 1995. It shall remain effective [ for a period of 1 year and 6 months and, at] UNTIL
the end of [ December 31, 1996] JUNE 30, 1997 AND, with no further action required by
the General Assembly, this Act shall be abrogated and of no further force and effect.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall take effect
July 1, 1996.

AN ACT concerning

Procurement Law - Transportation Professional Services Selection Board - Architectural

or Engineering Services Contracts

FOR the purpose of requiring the Department of Transportation to establish a selection
process for a certain purpose; requiring transportation units to comply with certain
limits established by the Transportation Professional Services Selection Board in
determining the rate of compensation for persons providing architectural or
engineering services; requiring the Board to consider certain factors in establishing
limits on costs reimbursement; and generally relating to the Transportation
Professional Services Selection Board.
