AN ACT concerning

Maryland Office of Planning - Transportation Planning Activity

FOR the purpose of clarifying the transportation planning activity within the Maryland
Office of Planning; providing that the transportation planning activity includes
review and evaluation by the Office of Planning for consistency between
transportation investments and the State Economic Growth, Resource Protection
and Planning Policy; and generally relating to transportation planning activities
within the Maryland Office of Planning.
