Ch. 301 1996 LAWS OF MARYLAND CHAPTER 301 AN ACT concerning Eminent Domain - Moving and Relocation Expenses FOR the purpose of providing that the maximum limit for certain relocation payments BY repealing and reenacting, with amendments, SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF Article - Real Properly 12-205. (a) Whenever a program or project undertaken by a displacing agency will result (1) Actual reasonable expenses in moving himself, his family, business, farm (2) Actual direct loss of tangible personal property as a result of moving or (3) Actual reasonable expenses in searching for a replacement business or (4) Actual reasonable expenses necessary to reestablish a displaced farm, (b) Any displaced person eligible for payments under subsection (a) of this (c) (1) Any displaced person eligible for payments under subsection (a) of this - 1852 -
