(vi) The pond is a low hazard structure the failure of which is unlikely
to cause loss of life or property damage; and

(vii) The pond is not a wastewater stabilization pond.

(2) The soil conservation district shall notify the Department of any pond
approved under this subsection. Nothing in this subsection is a limitation on the
Department's authority under this subtitle.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall take effect
October 1, 1996.

AN ACT concerning

Maryland Cancer Registry

FOR the purpose of requiring physicians and freestanding ambulatory care facilities that
have care of a patient with cancer to submit a cancer report to the Secretary of
Health and Mental Hygiene in a form provided by the Department or in a
computerized file; requiring that physicians and freestanding ambulatory care
facilities submit a cancer report to the Secretary within a certain time for patients
initially diagnosed or treated; providing for the designation of a hospital, facility, or
agency which already reports to the Cancer Registry as the reporting source under
certain circumstances; providing that each hospital physician, facility, or agency
required to report is not liable in any cause of action arising from the submission of
the report; and generally relating to the Maryland Cancer Registry.
