PARRIS N. GLENDENING, Governor Ch. 176 CHAPTER 176 AN ACT concerning Lead Paint - Affected Property - Exemption FOR the purpose of altering a certain standard for reporting certain property as BY repealing and reenacting, with amendments, Annotated Code of Maryland SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF Article - Environment 6-804. (A) Affected property is exempt from the provisions of Part IV of this subtitle if (1) Indicates that the affected property has been tested for the presence of (2) States that: (I) [all exterior surfaces and] ALL interior surfaces of the affected (II) ALL EXTERIOR PAINTED SURFACES OF THE AFFECTED (III) NO EXTERIOR PAINTED SURFACES OF THE AFFECTED (3) Is verified by the Department accredited inspector who performed the (B) IN ORDER TO MAINTAIN EXEMPTION FROM THE PROVISIONS OF PART IV - 1579 -
