37.01.25 DIVISION OF DEVELOPMENT FINANCE
(A) Partnership Rental Housing Program. Provide funds to be credited
to the Partnership Rental Housing Fund to be administered for the
purposes shown below in accordance with Sections 2-1101 through
2-1110 of Article 83B:
(1) To provide not more than $4,000,000 for projects which may
be located in any subdivision of the State (Statewide); and
(2) To provide not more than $9,174,000 $7,587,000 $7,174,000
which may be expended only within Baltimore City for
replacement housing to be constructed as part of the
federally-assisted family high-rise public housing
replacement program. This reduction reflects the estimated
funding needs of this program based on cash flow projections.
The General Assembly supports the State's commitment to the
program to replace high-rise housing in Baltimore City

(B) Shelter and Transitional Housing Facilities Grant Program.
Provide grants to acquire, design, construct, renovate, and equip
facilities for homeless individuals and families. These funds shall
be administered in accordance with the Code of Maryland
Regulations (COMAR) 05.05.09 (Statewide)...................................

(A) Technology Advancement Program Replacement Facility. Provide
capital equipment for the Technology Advancement Program
Replacement Facility at the University of Maryland College Park
(Prince George's County)...................................................................
(B) Technology Enterprise Center. Provide a grant to the Maryland
Economic Development Corporation to assist in the purchase of
property for use as the Technology Enterprise Center of the
University of Maryland Baltimore County;—provided that no
incubator space for an emerging technology or business shall be
utilized or contracted for, until and unless, the entity seeking such
space agrees in writing to reimburse the University twice the costs
associated with space use and rental should that entity leave the
State of Maryland within five years of being a tenant in this
incubator to pursue expansion, production, or manufacturing
