DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY
(Allegany County)

(A) Canal Place Historic Preservation District. Acquire property,
design, renovate, and construct public improvements within the
Canal Place Historic Preservation District, provided that no funds
may be expended until:

(1)    program plans for each project to be funded from this
appropriation have been approved; and

(2)    the budget committees have reviewed and commented on the
program plans or 45 days have elapsed from the date the
information is received by the budget committees.

Further provided that no funds may be expended on renovations at
the Western Maryland Railroad Station until ownership of the
property is transferred to the State of Maryland.............................
