15-802.

(a)     The General Assembly finds and declares that:

(5) There are certain circumstances in which surface mining is not desirable,
as when the operation will have an unduly adverse effect on wildlife or [fresh water]
FRESHWATER, estuarine, or marine fisheries; and

(b)     A child born to parents who have not participated in a marriage ceremony
with each other shall be considered to be the child of his father only if the [father]
FATHER:

(1)     Has been judicially determined to be the father in an action brought
under the statutes relating to paternity proceedings; [or]

(2)     Has acknowledged himself, in writing, to be the father; [or]

(3)     Has openly and notoriously recognized the child to be his child; or

(4)     Has subsequently married the mother and has acknowledged himself,
orally or in writing, to be the father.

Error: Omitted colon and extraneous conjunctions in § 1-208(b) of the
Estates and Trusts Article.

4-507.

(a) Any document of gift which has been delivered to the donee may be revoked
[by] BY:

(1)     The execution and delivery to the donee or his agent of a revocation in
writing, signed by the donor[,];

(2)     An oral statement of revocation witnessed by two persons, and
communicated to the donee or his agent[,];

(3)     A statement during a terminal illness addressed to the attending
physician and communicated to the donee, or his agent[,]; or

(4)     A card or other writing signed by the donor and carried on his person or
in his effects, revoking the gift.
