BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF Article - Business Occupations and Professions 4-309. (a) [ While] SUBJECT TO § 4-605 OF THIS TITLE, WHILE a master barber license (1) practice barbering [ in a barbershop that holds a permit; (2) practice barbering in a beauty salon that holds a beauty salon permit]; and [(3)] (2) supervise an apprentice barber. - 1101 -
