Article 89 - Miscellaneous Business, Work, and Safety Provisions

84.

(a)     The Commissioner of Labor and Industry shall:

(2)     Promulgate, as necessary, appropriate standards, rules, and regulations
relating to:

(ii) Sanitation on railroad property as it affects the health of railroad
employees, including clerical employees, enginemen, express employees, freight house
employees, highway crossing watchmen, maintenance of way employees, platform
employees, trainmen, and [yardmen.] YARDMEN;

(c) Regulations and criteria developed by the Foundation relating to land which
may be included in an agricultural district shall provide that:

may be included in an agricultural district only if that land is outstanding in productivity
and is of significant size; AND

6-312.

(b)     If a master electrician who has failed to renew the State license for any reason
applies for reinstatement more than 2 years after the State license has expired, the State
Board shall require the master electrician to comply with the requirements for obtaining
a State license under [§ 6-304 or § 6-307] §§ 6-304, 6-307, AND 6-503 of this subtitle.
