5-209.
Any person aggrieved by a final decision of the Board in a contested case, as
defined in § [10-201] 10-202 of the State Government Article, may take an appeal as
allowed in §§ [10-215] 10-222 and [10-216] 10-223 of the State Government Article.
5-315.
(a) Except as otherwise provided in [Title 10, Subtitle 4] § 10-226 of the State
Government Article, before the Board takes any final action under § 5-314 of this
subtitle, it shall give the individual against whom the action is contemplated an
opportunity for a hearing before the Board.
5-408.
(a) Except as otherwise provided in [Title 10, Subtitle 4] § 10-226 of the. State
Government Article, before the Board takes any final action under § 5-407 of this
subtitle, it shall give the individual against whom the action is contemplated an
opportunity for a hearing before the Board.
5-523.
(a) Except as otherwise provided in [Title 10, Subtitle 4] § 10-226 of the State
Government Article, before the Board takes any final action under § 5-522 or § 5-509 of
this subtitle, it shall give the person against whom the action is contemplated an
opportunity for a hearing before the Board.
6-317.
(a) Except as otherwise provided in [Title 10, Subtitle 4] § 10-226 of the State
Government Article, before the State Board takes any final action under § 6-316 of this
subtitle, it shall give the individual against whom the action is contemplated an
opportunity for a hearing before the State Board.
6-318.
Any person aggrieved by a final decision of the State Board in a contested case! as
defined in § [10-201] 10-202 of the State Government Article, may take an appeal as
allowed in §§ [10-215] 10-222 and [10-216] 10-223 of the State Government Article.
7-311.
(a) (1) Except as otherwise provided in [Title 10, Subtitle 4] § 10-226 of the
State Government Article, before the Board takes any final action under § 7-309 of this
subtitle, it shall give the individual against whom the action is contemplated an
opportunity for a hearing before the Board.
