(a) Articles of organization may be adopted for authorities governed by Titles 2
through [9] 10 of this article, but such articles of organization shall not be inconsistent
with this article.

(i) As applied in Prince George's County, [§ 1-103(1)(2)] § 1-103(L)(1)(II) of this
article shall instead provide as follows: "To provide decent, safe, and sanitary urban or
rural dwellings, apartments, or other living accommodations for the persons of eligible
income residing in the area of the project; such work or undertaking may include
buildings, land, equipment, facilities, and other real or personal property for necessary,
convenient, or desirable appurtenances, streets, sewers, water service, parks, site
preparation, gardening, administrative, community, health, recreational, educational,
welfare, or other purposes".

Article 48 - Inspections
173.
(a) At any time when the office of Chief Boiler Inspector or deputy boiler
inspector shall become vacant, the Secretary of Personnel shall, as soon as practicable,
conduct a competitive examination in accordance with Title 4 of the State Personnel AND
PENSIONS Article, the examination to be the same or equivalent to the examination given
by the Board of Boiler Rules for special inspectors in § 174 of this subtitle. The
Commissioner of Labor and Industry with the approval of the Secretary of Licensing and
Regulation shall appoint from the successful candidates a Chief Boiler Inspector or a
deputy boiler inspector, as the case may be.
