Ch. 8 1995 LAWS OF MARYLAND (2) If the State's Attorney elects to proceed with the case, the State's (1) If the intake officer receives a citation other than a citation authorized under (1) Refer the child to an alcohol education or rehabilitation program; (2) Assign the child to a supervised work program for not more than 20 (3) Require the parent or guardian of the child to withdraw the [parent] (4) Forward the citation to the State's Attorney.
