To become available immediately upon
passage of this budget to supplement the
appropriation for fiscal year 1995 to provide
funds for changing the manner in which
local retirement contributions are budgeted.
General funds will replace special fund
local retirement contributions. Local
contributions will now be credited as
general fund revenue.

passage of this budget to supplement the
appropriation for fiscal year 1995 to provide
funds for changing the manner in which
local retirement contributions are budgeted.

community            college            retirement

contributions.         Community         college

fund revenue. Funds are also provided to
make up for a shortfall in FY 94 collections
which were paid out of FY 95 general fund
appropriations.
