Funds are appropriated in the Departments of
Transportation, Personnel, and Natural
Resources budgets to pay for services
provided by this program. Authorization is
hereby granted to use these receipts as
special funds for operating expenses in this
program.

Provided that $380,557 of funds authorized as
reimbursable funds for this program shall
not be expended for the Employee
Commute Options Program. Further
provided Provided that the appropriations of
the following program and amount, used to
reimburse these expenses, shall be used only
to reimburse expenses associated with the
Vehicle Emissions Inspection Program:
