AN ACT amending certain provisions of Subtitle 1 "Purchasing" of Title 4 "Contracts
Purchasing and Property" of the Howard County Code; defining certain terms;
amending and clarifying the duties of the Purchasing Agent; adding new provisions
relating to source selection; specifying the terms and conditions for cancellation of
solicitations and corrections of bids; prescribing the terms and conditions applicable
to procurement contracts that are modified; prescribing and proscribing certain
security requirements; and generally relating to procurement.

methods, to provide public access to bidding materials, to require bonding on certain
contracts

[Amending various sections of Title 4, Subtitle 1 of the Howard County Code.

An Act amending Title 1 "Personnel Administration" of the Howard County Code in
order to keep the employee classification plan current by adding certain classes; by
modifying the minimum specifications for certain classes; and by modifying the titles and
pay grades of certain classified classes.

[Amending Sections 1.210, 1.211, and 1.301 of the Howard County Code.
