AN ACT to repeal and reenact with amendments Subsection J of Section 256-13, Water
and Sewer Plan, of Article I, General Provisions, of Chapter 256, Water and Sewers,
of the Harford County Code, as amended, to provide for the adoption of the Spring,
1994 Master Water and Sewer Plan and to submit said Plan to the Maryland
Department of the Environment for its approval and implementation pursuant to
Title 9 of the Environment Article of the Maryland Annotated Code.

AN ACT to repeal and reenact, with amendments, Section 202-4 M, Modifications, of
Chapter 202, Plumbing, of the Harford County Code, as amended; to specify the
types of plastic pipe that may be used for water service and generally relating to
water service piping.

AN ACT to repeal and reenact, with amendments, Section 202-1 B, Adoption of
standards, and Section 202-4 Q, Modifications, all of Chapter 202, Plumbing, of the
Harford County Code, as amended; to adopt the 1992 Edition of the. National Fuel
Gas Code; and generally relating to the National Fuel Gas Code.

AN ACT to repeal the definition of Convenience License, of Section 237-1, Definitions,
of Chapter 237, Towing Businesses, and to repeal Subsection B of Section 237-5,
License required; types of licenses; decal required, of Chapter 237, Towing
Businesses, of the Harford County Code, as amended; to eliminate convenience
licenses and any distinction between in-county and out-of-county towers; and
generally relating to towing businesses.
