Bill No. 94-5

AN ACT to add Subsection A(7), Open Space, Land Preservation and Recreation Plan,
to Section 169-1, heading, Adoption; Legal Status, of Chapter 169, Master Plan, of
the Harford County Code, as amended; to provide for the adoption of the Open
Space, Land Preservation and Recreation Plan as part of the Master Plan; and to
further provide that a copy of said Open Space, Land Preservation and Recreation
Plan, along with all appendices, is attached to this Act and made a part hereof as
though it were fully stated herein.

AN ACT to repeal and reenact, with amendments, Section 4, Definitions, of Article I,
General Provisions, of Part 1, Standards, of Chapter 267, Zoning, of the Harford
County Code, as amended; and to repeal and reenact, with amendments, Sections
2.46 and 2.47 of Section II, Definitions, and Sections 4.041 and 4.05a. of Section IV,
Requirements for the Subdivision of Land; all of the Subdivision Regulations for
Harford County, as amended; to provide for a change in definitions in accordance
with the 1993 Transportation Element of the Master Plan.

[Effective Date April 7, 1994]

AN ACT to repeal and reenact, with amendments, Section 58-3, Inspections, Issuance of
License, of Article II, Adult Bookstores, of Chapter 58, Adult Entertainment, of the
Harford County Code, as amended; to require the Department of Inspections,
Licenses and Permits, within a certain time after receipt of an application for an
adult bookstore license, to notify the applicant as to whether the applicant qualifies
for' the license; to' allow a person who operates an adult bookstore without an adult
bookstore license to continue to do so under certain conditions; and generally
relating to adult bookstores.

[Effective Date March 15, 1994]

AN ACT to add Subsection B(46.1) to Section 82-2, Modifications, of Article I, BOCA
National Building Code, of Chapter 82, Building Construction; to add the definition
of Carriage Court Unit to Section 267-4, Definitions, of Article I, General
Provisions; to repeal and reenact, with amendments, Subsection B(2) of Section
267-24, Exceptions and Modifications to. Height Requirements, of Article V,
Supplementary Regulations; to repeal and reenact, with amendments, Subsections
C(2)(e), (f) and (g) of Section 267-36, R, R1, R2, R3 and R4 Urban Residential
