AN ACT concerning

Phoenix Community Water Supply System

FOR the purpose of providing for the creation of the Phoenix community water supply
system, allowing the county to recover certain capital costs, and the assessment and
collection of water service charges, and providing for the collection of benefit
assessments under certain conditions.
