Bill No. 11-94

AN ORDINANCE concerning:

Disposition of Unclaimed and Found Property

FOR the purpose of authorizing the Police Department to dispose of unclaimed and
found personal property; establishing procedures for notification of owners of
unclaimed and found property; providing for forfeiture of right and title to
unclaimed property under certain circumstances; providing additional methods of
disposal for surplus supplies; and generally relating to. disposition of unclaimed,
found, and surplus property.

BY repealing and reenacting, with amendments:
Article 10, § 2-118(b)
Anne Arundel County Code (1985, as amended)

BY adding:

Article 18, § 3A-101 through 3A-105, to be under the new title, "Title 3A. Police

Department Disposition of Unclaimed Property"
Anne Arundel County Code (1985, as amended)

[Approved and Enacted March 11, 1994]

Bill No. 13-94

AN ORDINANCE concerning:

Personnel - Annual Leave                   

FOR the purpose of clarifying that classified employees are paid for annual leave earned
but not taken in the year in which an employee leaves County service; and clarifying
that employees in the executive pay and benefit plan are entitled to the same annual
leave benefits as classified employees

BY repealing and reenacting, with amendments:
Article 8, §§ 1-302(g) and 2-101(g)
Anne Arundel County Code (1985, as amended)
