AN ACT concerning

Natural Resources - Forest Conservation

For the purpose of prohibiting certain development projects from cutting or clearing
certain forests within Worcester County unless a forest stand delineation and a forest
conservation plan are in effect and in order to comply with the requirements of the State
Forest Conservation Act.
