A RESOLUTION FOR THE ENLARGEMENT OF THE CORPORATE
BOUNDARIES OF THE TOWN OF MIDDLETOWN BY EXTENDING THE
CORPORATE LIMITS OF THE TOWN AND IN SO DOING TO AMEND THE
BOUNDARIES OF THE TOWN OF MIDDLETOWN AS PROVIDED IN SECTION
2.01 OF THE CHARTER OF THE TOWN OF MIDDLETOWN; TO PROVIDE FOR
THE ANNEXATION OF 14.270 ACRES OF LAND, MORE OR LESS, WHICH IS
CONTIGUOUS AND ADJOINING THE NORTHERN BOUNDARY OF THE
TOWN.

[Pursuant to Section 101 of the Charter of the Town of Middletown, Frederick
County, as found in the compilation of Municipal Charters of Maryland (1990
Replacement Edition and 1994 Supplement).

Effective Date June 25, 1992]
