A Resolution to amend Sections FC4-1 and FC4-5 of the Charter of the City of
Fruitland, Maryland, Entitled Qualifications of Voters and Registration and Maintenance
of Registration Records, respectively, to eliminate all provisions permitting non-resident
voters who own a stated value of assessed real property within this City to vote in City
elections.
