It is the intent of the General Assembly that

the Laboratories Administration

(32.10.02.01) proceed with a pilot
privatization project so as to better assess
whether privatization of some state lab
functions could achieve cost savings.

Funds are appropriated in the Departments of
Natural Resources, Licensing and
Regulation and the Environment budgets to
pay for services provided by this program.
Authorization is hereby granted to use these
receipts as special funds for operating
expenses in this program.
