pay for services provided by this program.
Authorization is hereby granted to use these
receipts as special funds for operating
expenses in this program.

32.06.02.05  Women, Infants and Children Food
Program

General Fund Appropriation, provided that
this appropriation may only be used for
administration and food costs for this
program and may not be transferred by
budget amendment or otherwise to any
other subobject or program for any other
purpose, provided further that a transfer may
be made, before the end of the fiscal year, of
any unspent general funds from the Women,
Infants and Children Food Program
(32.06.02.05) to the Dedicated Purpose
Account of the State Reserve Fund
(90.01.02.01) for the sole purpose of
establishing a permanent "WIC" contingency
reserve account................................................

Federal Fund Appropriation............................

32.06.02.07 Targeted Local Health Services

Provided that this appropriation shall only be
used for distribution to the local jurisdiction
for specific programs approved by the
Secretary of Health and Mental Hygiene.
Preference shall be given to programs
related to maternity care, infant and child
care, family planning, cancer control and
AIDS education and research. Provided
further that the local jurisdictions must
