In Annapolis, the Mayor and Aldermen of the City of Annapolis [,] may constitute
the Board of License Commissioners for the city or may delegate all or any portion of the
authority to regulate alcoholic beverage licensees to a subsidiary [Board] BOARD
established by the Mayor and Aldermen. The Board of License Commissioners of Anne
Arundel County shall have no jurisdiction in the City of Annapolis.
