H.B. 736 VETOES
FOR the purpose of prohibiting under certain circumstances a person from operating
certain motor vehicles on a highway in the State if there is affixed to any window of
the vehicle any tinting materials added to the window after manufacture of the
vehicle which prohibits that does not allow a light transmittance of less than at least
a certain degree; providing that there are certain exceptions to this Act under
certain circumstances; providing for the enforcement of this Act; prohibiting a
person from installing certain window tinting; establishing a penalty certain
penalties; providing for the construction of this Act; and generally relating to
prohibiting the operation of certain motor vehicles on a highway in the State with
any certain tinting materials affixed to any window of the vehicle that are added on
the window of the vehicle after manufacture of the vehicle, vehicle that do not allow
at least a certain percentage of light transmittance; providing that there are certain
exceptions to this Act under certain circumstances; providing for the enforcement of this
Act; prohibiting a person from installing certain window tinting; providing for the
construction of this Act; and generally relating to prohibiting the operation of certain
motor vehicles on a highway in the State with certain tinting materials affixed to any
window of the vehicle that are added on the window of the vehicle after manufacture of
the vehicle.
