H.B. 407 VETOES (b) This section does not apply: (3) to an institution that accepts only children placed by the Department of 5-527. (c) The Department shall pay for foster care for a child who needs the most (i) the rate that the Department paid in fiscal year 1975; and- (2) the rate that the Department of Juvenile [Services] JUSTICE pays for 5-560. (d) (2) "Employee" does not include any person employed to work for 9-403. (c) (2) The advisory council shall consist of the following members: (i) 1 person from the Department of Juvenile [Services] JUSTICE, to (ii) 1 person from the Maryland State Department of Education, to be (iii) 1 person from the Department of State Police, to be appointed by (iv) the Director of the Office for [Children and Youth] CHILDREN, (v) the President of the Governor's Youth Advisory Council or a (vi) 1 member from the State Sheriff's Association, to be designated by (vii) 1 member from the State Chiefs of Police Association, to be (viii) 2 members from the public at-large, to be appointed by the Article - Health - General 2-104. - 4192 -
