(d)     "Secretary" means the Secretary of the Department of Juvenile [Services]
JUSTICE.

(g) "State Advisory Board" means the State Advisory Board for Juvenile
[Services] JUSTICE.

Title 2. Department of Juvenile [Services] JUSTICE.

2-101.

(a) There is a Department of Juvenile [Services] JUSTICE established as a
principal department of State government.

2-104.

(e)     (3) (i) Prior to January 1, 1990, the Secretary shall develop a State
Comprehensive Juvenile [Services] JUSTICE 3-Year Plan. The Plan shall:

1.       Include an inventory of all in-day treatment programs and
residential care programs and an accounting of the residence of all clients;

2.       Set out the needs of the various areas of services for clients
including alcohol and drug abuse rehabilitation services;

3.       Establish priorities for the different services needed;

4.       Set standards for the quality of residential services, and

out-reach services;

There is a State Advisory Board for Juvenile [Services] JUSTICE in the
Department.

2-107.

(c) (1) The term of a member is 3 years.

(2)     The terms of members are staggered as required by the terms provided
for members of the State Advisory Board of Juvenile [Services] JUSTICE on July 1, 1982.
The terms of one-third of those members end each year.

(3)     At the end of a term, a member continues to serve until a successor is
appointed and qualifies.

(4)     A member who is appointed after a term has begun serves only for the
rest of the term and until a successor is appointed and qualifies.
