PARRIS N. GLENDENING, Governor H.B. 370 (i) For a first offense, shall be subject to a fine of not more than (ii) For a second offense, shall be subject to a fine of not more than (iii) For a third or subsequent offense, shall be subject to a fine of not (2) For the purpose of second or subsequent offender penalties for violation (1) Any person who is convicted of a violation of any of the provisions of § 22-409 (m) Any person who is convicted of a violation of any of the provisions of § (n) If a different penalty for the violation of any provision of the Maryland (o) Any person who is convicted of a violation of § 20-102 of this article ("Driver (1) For a first offense, a fine of not more than $1,000 or imprisonment for (2) For a second offense, a fine of not more than $2,000 or imprisonment for (3) For a third or subsequent offense, a fine of not more than $3,000 or (p) (1) Except as provided in paragraphs (2) and (3) of this subsection, any person (i) For a first offense, a fine of not more than $1,000, or imprisonment (ii) For any subsequent offense, a fine of not more than $1,000, or (2) Any person who is convicted of a violation of § 21-904(b) or (e) of this - 4137 -
