Glendening Governor House Bill No. 21 AN ACT concerning Eminent Domain - Moving and Relocation Expenses FOR the purpose of altering the maximum limit on certain payments elected by a person who is displaced from a place of business or farm operation as the result of land acquisition for a program or project undertaken by certain agencies; requiring adjustments to certain payments to reflect annual changes in the rate of inflation or deflation as indicated by certain statistics; and providing for a certain exception.
Article - Real Property Section 12-205 Annotated Code of Maryland (1988 Replacement Volume and 1994 Supplement) SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF Article - Real Property 12-205.
