Special Fund Appropriation, provided that the
committees request that the Board provide the
budget committees a summary of the results of
the Request for Information relating to the
Request for Proposals that the Supplemental
Retirement Agency will be issuing to rebid the
PEBSCO contract which is expiring December
31, 1997, an analysis of any related issues
including pertinent federal statutes and
regulations relating to deferred compensation
plans, and options for increasing the number
of deferred annuity products and vendors. This
information should be provided at least 2
months prior to the date the RFP will be
issued, or by September 1, 1995, whichever is
