VETOES

(f) The hours and days for consumer sales under this license are as established
for a Class B license in the respective jurisdictions listed in subsection (b)(2) of this
section.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall take effect
October 1, 1995.

Dear Mr. President:

In accordance with Article II, Section 17 of the Maryland Constitution, I have today
vetoed Senate Bill 715.

Senate Bill 715 abolishes the Advisory Commission on Federal-State-Local Relations.

House Bill 909, which was passed by the General Assembly and signed by me on April 11,
1995, accomplishes the same purpose. Therefore, it is not necessary for me to sign Senate
Bill 715.
