buildings and other structures, the percentage of lot that may be occupied, off-street
parking, the size of yards, courts and other open spaces, the density of population and the
location and use of buildings, signs, structures and land for trade, industry, residence or
other purposes.
(2) (I) IF THE LEGISLATIVE BODY OF A COUNTY OR MUNICIPAL
CORPORATION REGULATES OFF-STREET PARKING, THE LEGISLATIVE BODY SHALL
REQUIRE SPACE FOR THE PARKING OF BICYCLES IN A MANNER THAT THE
LEGISLATIVE BODY CONSIDERS APPROPRIATE.
(II) THE LEGISLATIVE BODY MAY ALLOW A REDUCTION IN THE
NUMBER OF REQUIRED AUTOMOBILE PARKING SPACES BASED ON THE
AVAILABILITY OF SPACE FOR PARKING BICYCLES.
7.03.
Except as provided in §§ 3.05(a)(1)(III), (v), (vi), and (viii), (4), and (b), 3.06(b) and
(c), 4.01(A)(2), 4.09, 5.03(e), 7.01(c), 10.01, 11.01, and 12.01 of this article, this article does
not apply to the chartered counties of Maryland. This section supersedes § 7.02 of this
article and any inconsistent provision of Article 28 of the Code.
Article—Real Property
A LEASE MAY NOT CONTAIN ANY PROVISION THAT:
(1) PROHIBITS BICYCLE ACCESS TO THE LEASED PREMISES; OR
(2) PROHIBITS A TENANT FROM PROVIDING BICYCLE PARKING ON THE
LEASED PREMISES.

(a) A lease may not contain any of the following provisions:

PREMISES.
Article - Transportation

(c) (1) The Consolidated Transportation Program shall:
(i) Be revised annually; and
(ii) Include:
1. A list of Program priorities;
2. A statement of the Department's projected annual operating
costs, set forth separately for the Office of the Secretary and for each modal
administration;
