Funds are appropriated in various State
agencies budgets to pay for services
provided by this program. Authorization is
hereby granted to use these receipts as
special funds for operating expenses in this
program.
Provided that $123,333 of funds authorized as
reimbursable funds for this program shall be
reduced. Further, provided that the
appropriations of the following programs,
used to reimburse these expenses, shall be
reduced by the amounts indicated:

Administrative Law Judges unless Section
9-1601 et seq. of the State Government
Article is amended to expressly confer upon
