contribution to certain persons; authorizing the Chairman of the Board of License
Commissioners for Baltimore City to authorize the Executive Secretary of the Board
to supervise certain activities of certain employees of the Board; requiring the
commissioners and employees of the Board of License Commissioners for Baltimore
City to comply with the Maryland Public Ethics Law; requiring the Board of License
Commissioners for Baltimore City to submit to the Governor a written report on all
matters concerning the operation of the Board on or before a certain date each year
repealing a provision of law limiting the number of persons that may be employed by the
Board of License Commissioners for Baltimore City at any one time on a part-time
basis; making certain stylistic changes; making certain technical changes; and
generally relating to the Board of License Commissioners for Baltimore City.
