1995 LAWS OF MARYLAND

Federal Fund Appropriation, provided that no
new federal funds may be expended without
submitting documentation as to (1) the use
of the federal funds and (2) the duration of
the federal fund award. Funds may not be
expended without review and comment by
the budget committees or the passage of 45
days after receiving the report.......... ......

Funds are appropriated in the Departments of
Human Resources, Juvenile Services, and
Health and Mental Hygiene and the
Maryland State Department of Education
budgets to pay for services provided by this
program. Authorization is hereby granted to
use these receipts as special funds for

. operating expenses in this program.
