DRAFTER'S NOTE:

This provision is repealed and reenacted, without amendment, to ratify the
merger effected by the publisher of the Code, of Chapter 125 of the Acts of
1993 (increasing judgeships in Cecil and Frederick Counties as of January 1,
1995) and of Chapter 537 of the Acts of 1994 (increasing circuit court
judgeships in Charles, Harford. Howard, and Prince George's Counties as of
February 1, 1995).
